Mr. RIVIERE Philippe is responsible for exploring the international market for WeAre Group. In order to create branches of WeAre Group on strategic countries, he searches for partners and initiates Joint venture negotiations with understandings of multicultural world. He sets up WeAre Morocco, WeAre Pacific, WeAre Gulf and WeAre China. His main challenge is to find the best method for branch structure with excellent privacy & legal management as well as best cost efficiency based on different markets. He also chairs the additive manufacturing of the whole group to ensure sourcing of materials and optimization of parts for R&D, which benefits all business units regarding consolidated fabrication volumes. He started his career with Aubert & Duval Group, quality division.
He first held different jobs in the field of quality control and supply chain, then joined the project management and industrialization management in aeronautics domain. He has been responsible for project management since 2007, being the director of global service centers at Aubert & Duval . In 2014, he created the Business Unit of additive manufacturing in WeAre Group and then became the president of WeAre International in 2016. Mr. RIVIERE graduated from École nationale supérieure d'arts et métiers – ENSAM and holds a master degree of Management QSE(quality -Security and Environment).
